"The food was very very good: the two-star review was for the service at the restaurant. We had better service at the beachside chip restaurants in Coutainville. The young staff was inattentive: water glasses unfilled, dishes uncleared, left on our own for maybe 10-15 minutes before anyone came to look after us. Although we clearly stated at the time of the reservation (weeks ahead of time), and restated on arrival, that our party included a vegetarian and a seafood allergy, those two had to wait ages for their food, which made everyone else keep waiting, too. And the waitstaff consistently served them the wrong food. I'm not a stickler or a whiner, but for a prix fixe in a mostly-empty restaurant, this is unacceptable: for one with a Michelin star and prices to match, it's disastrous. Stick with Le Salicorne or one of the other excellent local options... Michelin or no Michelin."

Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Ambiance feutrée, les tables sont espacées les unes des autres. Le service est attentionné et efficace. Si vous voulez tester un très bon étoilé dans une région magnifique région, n'hésitez surtout pas !

The service was great, the table in the garden was very quiet and private... But good the food was amazing, particularly for the price tag, 26 euros for 3 courses and 45 euros for the fancier menu. Un sans faute pour ce restaurant gastronomique. Service aux petits soins avec une maîtresse des lieux qui vient saluer ses convives et a à cœur de faire partager son expérience. Saveurs délicieuses et raffinées. Accord mets-vins parfait avec également une proposition plus inattendue d'une initiation à la cérémonie du thé pour accompagner le repas. Une très belle découverte !
