"Very happy to sit down here ...warmly greeted. I had the menu of the day which was extremely good value with good portions and healthy and salad. The restaurant is a casual dining experience where we felt at home.We sat on the street in perfect summer weather about 23 degrees enjoyed our lunch and then set up explore the area. The menu of the day started with ravioli filled with cheese and herbs covered with the cream sauce it was a good portion and delicious, second was a summer salad it was huge and had everything that is summer. The menu finished with panna cotta... very large with fresh coulis an exceptional choice."

On a hot Lyon day we enjoyed delicious, healthy salads sitting indoors in the cool in a great stone cellar. Great food, great value, happy staff - this place is so good

We spent ages looking for somewhere to cater for a vegetarian and stumbled on this place and so glad we did. The waitress was amazingly friendly and nice, and we had the stir fry which was simple, healthy and very flavourful. Highly recommend.

For our first try of being delivered through a meal delivery site, we loved the variety in the menu. 2 adults, we split 3 main dishes and 2 desserts. Great vegetarian options. Flavorful and a nice change to typical Lyon traditionnally heavier meals. Great chocolate...cake for dessert ;

I did not go to this restaurant. I ordered food from foodora. Delivery was quick. I took the Italian salad. First of all the salad was huge. And not only filled with green salad but it had a lot of all the ingredients! It tasted very good for a simple salad. I would definitely try another salad again!

The inside dining room proved a bit dull as there were practically nobody else, so we ended up having our dinner outside. Which felt a bit odd first, as they only had some tables in the street (all empty). But in just a few minutes...all the tables were full and we felt like home. Lots of salads and pasta to choose from. And all of them were huge. Good value for money, if you dare to give it a chance.

Generous portions of freshly prepared food. Lots of vegetarian options, which in my experience of France is unusual. Don't be put off by the unprepossessing entrance at street level. The dining room is downstairs in an atmospheric cellar. I took the opportunity of eating food that was less rich than that which is usually provided in Lyon. Hence a vegetable salad followed by a ........fruit salad. There are many other items on the menu though. We would certainly dine here again.

"My wife and I dined here on a Saturday night (having made a reservation several days in advance), and it was one of the best dining experiences we have had in France in a long time. We reserved for the early seating, showed up on time, and were among the first customers there.We had a small table near the door. The disadvantage is that we were occasionally wafted by a cold draft from the front door. The bigger advantage was that we were sitting near the restaurant's beautiful, precision, hand-operated meat slicer. The specialty starter is beef that has been cured for seven months with seven spices. It is sliced paper thin (and that is no exaggeration) and served heaped on a plate. Heavenly. My wife and I ordered only one of these plates and it was more than ample for the two of us.That was followed by our starters. I ordered the minestrone marocain légèrement épicé comme à Tanger (Moroccan minestrone, lightly spiced as in Tangiers), and my wife the rillettes de crabe aux petits légumes et Granny Smith (shredded crab with little vegetables and pieces of Granny Smith apple). Both were delicious.For our main dishes I had a pavé de cerf (deer steak), which was ample and perfectly cooked. My wife had fish, also cooked to perfection. I don't recall the wine we ordered, but the choice was from wines that were at their peak (not just wines one or two years old), yet the prices were reasonable.One remark about the decore: it manages to be a bit traditional and modern at the same time, with reproductions of paintings by Modigliani and various early 20th-century (mainly French) artists adorning the wall.Overall, a restaurant worth going out of your way for."
