"We went for lunch this afternoon at the Restaurant La Poissonnerie Moderne au Bord du Canal in Trèbes, part of the Groupe le Patrimoine de St. André de Roquelongue, which chose this restaurant.... I think it's an excellent choice: friendly restaurant, Clean, Good welcome, Choice of varied dishes, Presentation of dishes in beautiful and copious fish shaped plates, Excellent cuisine, for my part, I had Goat Salad as a starter then the Skate served with fries , delicious and tasty salad and small vegetables, and crème brulée for dessert then verbena/mint infusion... Delicious fish, fresh and tasty, tasty products, excellent cuisine Congratulations to the Cook and the entire Family team! Good value for money: Starter Main Course Dessert Coffee for around €25/person Correct... Friendly welcome in a family setting, and very clean WC and nicely decorated Zen which smelled good. Very nice and pleasant waitress... For my part, I am very satisfied with this restaurant located on the edge of the canal in Trèbes, a very pleasant place, and I highly recommend above all, don't change anything!!!! See you soon because I will happily come back to eat with you without hesitation and I will also talk about your restaurant and recommend it in Trèbes! THANKS.... "All'ingresso di questo piccolo villaggio abbiamo visto l'insegna di questo ristorante pizzeria, non direttamente sulla statale ma in un bel cortile interno con tanto di parcheggio. Come il nome anche la decorazione e' spagnoleggiante: molto colore rosso e quadri di tori e toreri un po' ovunque. Il locale e' semplice e piuttosto grande, suddiviso in 2 salette ma all'ora di pranzo era affollattissimo. Abbiamo optato per la formula molto interessante a livello prezzi: 11.00 euro per un piatto di verdure miste da servirsi al buffet, una pizza a scelta tra 2/3 pizze ovviamente di base (margherita, siciliana e al prosciutto) o il piatto del giorno (steack con fritte) e un dessert. Il buffet all'ingresso era vario e assortito con verdure crude e cotte, insalata russa e similari e qualche leguminosa. La pizza era medio/grande e piu' che corretta: buona la pasta (anche se la tipica pasta francese bassissima e molto croccante) e corretti gli ingredienti. Servizio rapido e gentile.Ottimo prezzo."

"Personnel hyper agréable et à l’écoute (nous avions un chien assez jeune et ils ont été super patient et adorable avec lui ! Le cadre est très sympa avec le canal, dommage que les tables soient collées mais ça se comprends… Le prix est cependant très élevé au vu de la qualité et quantité… Aucun plat (hors salade en dessous de 20€ et les desserts sont entre 7 et 8€. Nous avons pris un burger très bon (20€ et un poisson avec du riz (21€ peu copieux. Pour le dessert le café gourmand se compose d’un macaron, d’un peu de chantilly et d’un gâteau a la crème de marron (rien de maison . Le tiramisu nutella était vraiment pas beau et n’avait rien d’un tiramisu… Carte à revoir que ce soit sur le prix ou la quantité !"
