Grand hotel with neo-normand style built in the 1930s to welcome pilgrims. The vintage decoration adds to the deliciously retro atmosphere. Very clean and soundproof rooms. Little lack of electrical outlets. Smiling staff and listening. A perso nostalgic detail, I sometimes came to play as a kid, sailing between the tables and chairs of the reception rooms that seemed immense to me (and that remain voluminous).

I gave this number of stars for the frame. It is really awesome. Good for cooking... Being a cook myself, I didn't expect this kind of cuisine. Given the setting, I was thinking of a bistronomy type cuisine. A gravelax that is not one. No research for the presentation of the plates. Disappointed on this side. However, for a quick break, on the go as they say, it can be fine. Sorry but I won't come back for a business meal or even with my wife.
