Great relaxed atmosphere. Small, varied menu. Always something veggie and all plates can become smaller, children’s size. Delicious desserts too. All home-made.

Excellent! The dishes are homemade: I recommend the vegetarian board in particular! Sometimes you have to wait a bit between the dishes. but it's okay: the reception is nice from the beginning to the end of the meal.

We arrived late In Chartres, but were delighted to be able to get a table for dinner for 2. A wacky little restaurant, with eclectic decor. The food was really lovely, we had the famous Henri 1V poule which was delicious. Wines are a reasonable price, service excellent, so much so that on our way back up to Calais, we came back in for lunch. Highly recommend.
