"Nous sommes venus en semaine pour le travail et je noterais plusieurs points très positifs!- Le lieu, ville très charmante, ou nous avons pu aller nous balader pour oublier un peu le travail.- L'accueil, très souriant, très convivial. L'environnement très chic pourrait laisser entendre que nous aurons à faire à un accueil froid. Il n'en est rien! Sourire, à l'écoute, échanges, rires, conseils pour visiter sans même que nous l'ayons demandé. C'est un sans fautes!- Le repas, très raffiné, très goûteux, un rapport qualité/prix imbattable !!Nous avons eu le droit exceptionellement au menu du midi le soir car il y avait eu un quiproco. Et le matin, nous avons également pu avoir un petit déjeuner salé alors que ce n'était pas prévu au menu. A l'écoute du client, et l'envie de faire plaisir.- Enfin la chambre, très belle, très propre, de même pour la salle de bain. Avec une vue sur l'église.Enfin, un grand bravo pour cet établissement d'exception, où je reviendrai sans aucun doute, en amoureux cette fois !!"

"Printing error on the map and pizzas were not at the right price. I claim to be reimbursed for the price difference (which I paid in relation to those noted on the map), and there the restaurant manager verbally threatens me for the next time I come, tells me that I am in bad faith and that she will remember, I felt verbally assaulted. It's a shame to talk to customers without assuming their own mistakes. Politeness and respect are supposed to be the basis of trade. For answer to her comment, it's a liar she gave me a new card to stamp in front of me with the bad prices because my old one was full. And I just asked how the fidelity program works compared to the buffers and I had no worries to understand that the pizza offered could not be buffered. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch"

"We very much enjoyed our visit (13 Feb, 2020) to Endless Burger, a new eatery in Châteaubriant. The custom burgers and casual atmosphere, along with with the personal attention from owners Sylvain Severine, combine to create an ideal dining experience to both appreciate the exceptional burgers and facilitate conversation among friends. Although, the chef bases his fare on American-style burgers, do not assume this is just another burger place. Sylvain’s French sensibilities elevate his burgers to a much higher level. The menu has traditional burger offerings, as well as numerous unique burgers which rotate to make room for other custom burger offerings. The three burgers we tried were exceptional! We ordered “Le Double Cheeseburger”, “Le Sunset”, and “Le Mont Blanc Burger”. Each came with fresh homemade fries. We each agreed that the flavors on our respective burgers blended in a way that perfectly complimented the burger. The servings are large enough to be filling without being wastefully extravagant. With that said, only one person in our group of three was able to finish our burger. The fries are not the only homemade part of the menu. The owners also have homemade ketchup and mayo, in addition, they have a number of house-made other condiments. One that I had the opportunity to try was “Compotèe d’oignons rouges”, or red onion compote. This was amazing! A perfect topping for burger or hotdog (which is also a menu choice). They have a selection of red and white wines. The Sauvignon IGP was a nice paring. Not too dry or sweet and easy drinking. They also have most standard soft drinks and a dessert menu. I often stop over in Châteaubriant, to see friends, on my way back to the States after extended travel in India. Being American, I miss beef in India, especially a really good burger. "quelle surprise Grâce à une déviation je suis entré dans le centre de cette ville et je suis allé manger dans ce lieu. Et la quel bonheur,pour une brasserie ce petit repas était délicieux, bien présenté, suffisamment copieux, le personnel sympa le service très correct et rapide,tout cela pour 19 euros boisson et .... Impeccable..."

"Arrivé à 5 personnes on a l'impression de les déranger, il est 20 heure de mardi 16 août En salle uniquement l'apprentie !!!!Personne pour la guidée, elle fait se qu'elle peut.Commande passée, je demande une viande bleu, voir cru !!! Elle arrive pratiquement à point !!! Je la fais repartir et demande une salade de chèvre chaud ( pas terrible aussi)Le patron revient me voir et me dit que la viande est bien à la cuisson demander !!! Il doit avoir des problèmes avec les cuissons.Enfin très déçu, les autres invités aussi.Et je ne vous parle même pas du thé qui vient de chez Carrefour !!!!Fin de mon séjour à châteaubriant, sur 4 Resto, 2 très bien et 2 à éviter...."
