I placed a large order, but everything was incorrect. When I called to have it corrected, the manager refused to speak with me and hung up on me four times. This is unacceptable customer service.

I've visited this restaurant three times, and during my last two visits, I experienced food poisoning. It was absolutely disgusting! I will never return and would advise others to think twice before dining here.

Salty, tasty pizza which is a good treat I wouldn't want it too often. Our favourite is the 4 seasons which isn't actually divided into 4 but has a great selection of toppings and they're always willing to swap out onions for a generous amount of olives to suit us. A couple of weeks ago, we missed out on a large bottle of soda in our order because it was the last order of the night, and we couldn’t reach the restaurant. As a loyal customer, I appreciate the convenience and quality that Leonardos offers, but this ongoing oversight concerning the dips has been quite disappointing. I believe that a great customer experience should include timely and reliable service, which hasn't been the case in this instance. I kindly urge Leonardos to address this issue promptly, so that all orders can be fulfilled as expected. Doing so would greatly improve the overall customer experience and help maintain the trust and loyalty of its patrons. I hope my feedback is received in the spirit of improvement. Having been a customer for the last 20 years I have to say how disappointing it is that I have to write this review. Considering we are in a cost of living crisis as are the restaurant's that serve us, I still find it hard to accept a meal (chicken kebab) can cost £10. This is where my problem is with this review. If you charge a premium price for food then you have to make sure it is good. Chicken kebab salad and a couple of sauces with a small tip almost £20. The chicken was not hot so resulted in it being very dry, the garlic sauce was nothing short of terrible.
