"We went to this restaurant one week. the praiseworthy opinions on the internet and in the press have alleviated us. the room was calm; a table occupied by a couple. In aperitif, I started with a beer at €7 a half (the other aperitif rates are indecent). It was supposed to be in place for a while, the beer was fade, the bubbles passed. After a successful mouthing (betterave, philadelphia foam, exquisite), we enter the crayfish and the celery risotto. This one comes simply and is delicious. The shrimps, as for them, are presented in a snail pan with a crouton, a lardon and drown in a wine sauce... As much as to say that for the flavor of a fine meal like crayfish the accompaniment crushes the main ingredient. the balancing of the dish is completely missed. In the main course, we held, the bar and the wing of a row. the wing of the raie drowns in a butter sauce with two potatoes with water and capers. the work of balancing the dish being still absent. the bar is good, the sauce arranged apart allows to be made to suit. the accompanying paella sketch is an abomination. in a light dish of fish is arranged a single fried paella cuddle. the fat of the fried oil takes you away the palate and doughs the rice. I can't eat! And there again unbalanced the dish, putting a point of pride at our dinner. on both dishes, the absence of accompanying vegetable is screaming. desserts (cheese-cake and baba in rum), are successful, but (also there is one, but) the savarins were dry at the base, which leaves me to think that it was not of the day. In conclusion, the service in the room is impeccable, but in the kitchen the lack of work, the pretention of dishes, the absence of balance and the price make it a disappointing step. the amount of sauce, the sketches only leave us a greasy memory on the tongue. pity, with this position, this price and this frame we expected more finesse, work on vegetables, and flavors."
