"I recently passed through this town and made an incredible discovery when I stopped at this restaurant. From the first bite, I was seduced by the fresh chickpea gazpacho, a real explosion of flavors. The duck breast was simply delicious, perfectly cooked and the accompaniments equally tasty. "Having put a point of honour for 63 years to refuse to set foot at mac do, it was on the advice of friends that yesterday at night, I went to eat a hamburger at the cozy cook. very honestly, it’s not the style of restaurant I’m used to to frequent. If I’m surprised by the decoration, I’m even more pleasantly surprised by the discovery of a beautiful terrace in the back of the building. a nice welcome, a cool and efficient service, a richly filled plate, fries to the top. has our table, 3 cooked steaks requested and perfectly successful. a glass of a strong wine in aperio, followed by a very good red Chilean wine. a very good quality price. I recommend for a good start of the evening."

"Might have been great except for a very loud group (tourists? Not Americans) that completely spoiled what should have been a very fine dinner. Food itself was excellent — when we found our server. Portions were large (e.g. quenelles, foie gras, soufflés) and delicious but the terrible service — staff was obviously too sparse — and noise more than made up for that. My guest asked for a second glass of wine — 4 times! At least I wasn’t charged for them. Price was OK, but… pick a quiet time for your visit."

"We ate at 4 this Saturday. The welcome is very warm. The restaurant is beautiful and well decorated. The map is rather simple but everything makes you want. In the end, the charcuterie plate was not bad but expensive for what it was (8€50 it seems to me, for 2 slices of rosette, 2 slices of Coppa, 2 small slices of raw ham and 2 slices of medium quality chorizo). Pizzas were lacking in cooking, the perigourdine salad (from the south) was correct and the quenelle was also expensive (15€ and some for a large quenelle nantua sauce and fries). The wines consumed were correct too. In short, not bad, but not bad. So the value/price ratio was not top. Despite the sympathy of the service, we would not return. Excellent continuation."
