"This afternoon, I'm happy! Advised by the Tourist Office, we went to the Valseuses to see the eyes closed. It's been a few months since I made the decision to follow a vegetarian diet and like a great gourmet, it's often a disappointment when I'm in front of the card. But surprise, in this bistro in a small village of France the menu changes every day with only and always two choices to the map, including a vegetarian! And here no pesto pasta, cheese croquette or burger with vegetable cakes that we can all make at home but original and delicious recipes! Even with a full restaurant and a terrace provided by several dozen customers, the service is pleasant and fluid, you can eat in 1 hour but you do not feel obliged if you want to train. Thanks to the OdT and thanks to the team of this restaurant for this wonderful lunch. And good appetite for everyone, go! "Excellent little local bistrot in Gargas. The new owners have smartened up the outside area with nice tables and comfortable chairs with shade from some pretty trees. Efficient and enthusiastic service from nice staff and a good menu with plenty of daily specials. Good carpaccio and I hade a very good tentacle de poulpe with roasted Mediterranean vegetables. Well priced wine list. It was very busy and is clearly popular with locals. Recommended"

"We had lunch at the mathieu and deborah restaurant last week. Welcome! they offer a menu that changes regularly. I was tempted by the octopus and houmous in the entrance, a tuna tataki in the dish, and a chocolate mousse in the dessert: a pleasure! We also tried orange wine in drink, nice surprise! I highly recommend!"
