Karine made us feel right at home in this pleasant little resto tucked away in Vaise, an inner suburb of Lyon. We weren 't famished, so the choice of several pasta dishes was just right for us, along with the ever-present pot Lyonnais of red wine.

Staff: very friendly and over enthusiastic about their meals. Food: average quality, ingredients were OK but taste was flat... Do not ask for the 'steak ', it was chewy, dry, ... Location: hidden in the 9eme arr of Lyon Desserts: were OK Wines: good selection Water quality: good Cleanness: OK

Dinner was very good. We started with a cold vegetable curry soup which was interesting. The entrees were excellent though. The beef tartare with salad and fries was delicious as was the veal special. If you don’t feel like walking or taking the funicular to the lower part of the city this is a great spot. Mandatory passage in the 9th arrondissement. This Bistro is just perfect, original dish of the day, fresh and seasonal produce, respected cooking and beautiful presentation of the dishes. The same goes for the waiter who is a welcoming and kind person. The exchanges are done without embarrassment and his advice is good.

Great little gem of a restaurant in this quiet street of Vaise. If you in the neighbourhood you have to try it. The food is excellent, price are affordable. I tried the “joue de boeuf” and oh my god it taste moorish: I literally had to lick my plate. Dessert was just freaking amazing! And special mention of the staff: service is just great! So all in all if you in Vaise: just go there! If not don’t worry they have 3 other locations in Lyon so probably one near you! Will definitely go back!

I had already come to this restaurant before the coronavirus, and I had loved it very much. I was a little disappointed. the reception is always nice but what I had in the plate didn't convince me, especially the very average entrance and which demanded a lot of mastication and especially roasted apricots, which would have been better if they had been hot. Obviously there wasn't a lot of people in the kitchen, are they understated? It could explain imperfections. Anyway, I'll wait a while to go back. Visualizza piatti
