"My wife and I had dinner in this restaurant after a helpful tip of the owner of the guest house we were in. It is located at the port area and there are several similar restaurants in the same row, but this is...especially known for good seafood. It is an unpretentious place with basic equipment, but clean and tidy throughout. There are some parking spaces, but better in the nearby (100 yards) public parking, which has plenty of space. We had some beautiful fish soup, Langustin and oysters from the bay, followed by heke and sole. We have dimmed in some upscale fish restaurants, but the quality of the fish here is excellent. Beautiful solid and tasty fish cooked for perfection and accompanied by potatoes that were delicious and a small mixed salad. The wine of the day was a grain of Leognan Pessac with excellent depth and taste. The food came to €73 and places great value for money when you have high quality food like this. Although we do not have dessert, they are all made at home and of generous size and much to choose. We saw a huge Tiramisu on the table coming next to us. Service is cheerful and friendly and the restaurant is full after 8.00 a.m. so things slow down. You really need to book to ensure that a table, as the restaurant is very popular among locals and tourists alike. Worth a visit."

We were a big table and this was not easy in this little restaurant. The menu focuses on seafood as expected from this fishing harbour side. Good overall value for the contents of the plates. Easy preparation for good products is always a good thing. Service is perhaps the area of opportunity. A good professional waiter would have been welcome. The young and friendly staff did their best. A good option if you want something more than just oysters in this place.
