At the beginning a little septic, the mention "fast restoration" on the frontier does not reassure. with a tight budget we still let ourselves try. After a few minutes of the well-filled card, we pass our order. Note that you have to move to meet the boss who provides the service, the crate and the kitchen and all this in a very dynamic and smiling way. The pasta is excellent. The very nice boss. We loved it.

Posticino in centro a Tours, specializzato in pasta condita in vari modi. Essendo italiana ero partita un po' scettica, ma devo dire che per essere in Francia la pasta non era niente male, ovviamente dipende molto dal tipo di condimento che si sceglie, in quanto alcuni abbinamenti per noi italiani possono risultare un po' azzardati..bisogna comunque mettere in conto che la panna regna sovrana! Personale gentile e conto assolutamente onesto, soprattutto date le porzioni molto abbondanti.

The restaurant owner seemed nonchalant and not attentive to our presence. He asked us to pay before consuming, which was a bit surprising for us. Additionally, I was disappointed to see the restaurant owner touch his hair before handling the food to prepare our dishes. This does not give the impression of professional hygiene. In summary, the pasta was ok but the service and hygiene practices could clearly be improved. I hope these points will be considered to provide a better experience for customers in the future.
