Horrible experience We had money stole from us whilst visiting Such nicer places to visit in the area We won’t be going back as staff were clearly dishonest

A hidden gem! Wonderful food, very friendly staff and great service. The roasted beetroot was superb and probably the best flat breads ever. We’ll be back!!

Awful food. Waited an hour for Luke warm and cold food tried to make it better and heated it up but still the same. Very expensive. They accepted the issues and refunded us. Not a great experience.

This restaurant is perfect for the summer, with a beautiful view of the blue pool water. The food was delicious and the portions were generous enough to enjoy a full 3-course meal. Despite this, the flavors were still outstanding and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Ultimately, that's what matters most.

Took my mum for her birthday, as I’ve been in the past and really enjoyed. It felt a lot more crowed time, during our 2 hour slot there was never space in the jacuzzi or sauna. We ended up paying an additional £42 despite having the swim and dine package- for 3 drinks, some bread and service charge. Really really overpriced. Staff were friendly and food was tasty but it wasn’t enough to make us want to go back in a hurry

I visited this restaurant for breakfast while staying in Bristol for a few nights. Overall, I would rate my experience as good, but not very good. I became worried when I overheard a lady at a nearby table complaining that her breakfast item tasted fizzy, as I had also ordered the same item. However, I was relieved to find that my dish was fine. My husband enjoyed his kippers. We also enjoyed watching people swim, even though it looked cold outside. Overall, it was an okay experience and I would consider returning if I find myself in Bristol again.

First time in visting the Lido was so amazing experience A guy at reception took our booking ref , then he showed us around where the changing rooms and showers etc … it was lovely to met very friendly polite guy it felt very cosy and clean place. The hot tub lovely and hot and relaxing steam room and a sauna all together was amazing experience. Lovely boudoir changing room with fitted hairdryer and straightener Had lunch the food was delicious staff service was very good. Had very special day with my daughter. My experience would be highly recommend great place something different and classy , clean friendly Quirky place full of history.

After enjoying the facilities of a swim, hot tub, and sauna steam room, we had an incredible 2-course lunch at 2:30 PM in the restaurant. The food was fantastic and the staff were extremely attentive, exceeding our expectations. Although we didn't catch their names, we want to express our gratitude to all of them. They even remembered that we had enjoyed the Gamay wine during our last visit and provided us with similar recommendations. Our waiter was very friendly and even anticipated our need for extra bread. Additionally, the staff downstairs surprised us with complimentary snacks. The restaurant should be proud of their exceptional staff!

This is the second time I’ve visited the Lido restaurant. The first time was better, with two main options for vegetarians on the menu (and what I had that time I enjoyed). This time there was only 1 a falafel mezze plate which in my opinion is very unimaginative in 2023, especially for a Michelin restaurant! Anyway as we were two vegetarians we ordered 1 mezze and asked if we could have a few side dishes as the other main so we could share everything. The staff were very accommodating and attentive.
