"WOW!!! Were do I start... Honestly, this place use to be the best dessert place around. Amazing staff. Oh how the mighty has fallen. Went in today to treat my mate and we walk through the door and how the atmosphere has changed so much in such a small amount of time. Walked to the front and we were greeted with There is a 20 minute wait on all food. We responded with that 's fine we can wait. Or you could come back closer to. What company tries to turn customers away at the door. Also, No music, TV 's switched off. We still gave it a chance. Nobody took us to a table so we sat at the chairs at the front. While there was 2 clean tables that we could have used but no. 15 Minutes later, we were then seated. We were then handed our menus. After 10 minutes the table who came in after us and got seated straight away had there order taken before us and we were then sat for another 5 minutes until my friends had to go up and had to ask to have our order taken. She got the response of oh has he not taken your order yet. I will send someone else over to take your order. Someone came to take our order and we asked what was the difference between 2 items that would easily have been mistaken as the menu is very vague on the 2. We asked the waiter and he responded with I have no idea. This is my first shift. We completely understood as we have all been new so he went to go and check with his supervisor on shift. She was beyond RUDE!!! From the kitchen all we heard ONE IS A CAKE AND ONE IS A CHEESECAKE. HOW HARD IS IT. Which was clearly aimed at us. We felt sorry for this new member of staff. We ordered anyway regardless off this. We ordered a I lava you and the Rocher surprise 15 Minutes later still no food or cutlery. So we pulled a member of a staff to the side and how long it was going to take. He came back and said that your order is being made now. Not 2 minutes later he came back and said that we do not have any of your items. We got 2 menus given to us. However, I know that when we walked in there was 2 Rocher surprise and 1 i lava you as i saw them in the counter so how has them all gone when there was only 5 tables including us which 3 already had food when we arrived. We then went to the front where there was a guy stood talking to the supervisor on shift in a gray jumper and tracksuit bottoms and trainers. If this is a member of staff why is he stood at the front where food is being made. Terrible. We asked if we could speak to how was in charge and she was like yes. I responded with so is that you and I got YES! . I asked that why after 45 minutes are we only just been told that there is none of what we ordered. Our response was Well I did tell him what we had and did not have but he is a trainee WOW blaming the new person how low. Own up to it or at least apologize don 't blame anyone else great leadership. 45 minutes its appalling really I responded. I walked out after that I do not appreciate being talked down to by anyone and this is disrespectful. Get your act together and hire staff like staff you had a year ago as that was the best as you felt welcomed. Now this. If you want this company to be successful take a look at the staff."
