The restaurant offers fantastic food, a delightful atmosphere, and excellent service. The fact that they are dog-friendly is a great bonus. We each ordered different main dishes and everyone was thoroughly impressed.

So we turned up after great reviews from friends and family however this was not the case. From sitting down at the table, to our starter, main and dessert it was very poor. When I mean poor this is the whole establishment not just the food.

Popped in by chance. Very lovely traditional Italian restaurant. Kept thinking Al Pacino would walk in. Staff all very smart and suited. True Italian vibe. They squeezed booking in on a very very busy Saturday. Pizza was lovely. Service excellent. Vibe chilled Italian. Thanks Visualizza piatti

proves that the climate change is already with us! beautiful Mediterranean weather and beautiful Italian food has arrived in eastbourne! desserts were excellent. decent portions. colorful plate. but a stronger espresso and another waiting staff would have made the whole experience excellent!

Surprisingly, we were then asked by the waiter or paying machine if we wanted to add an additional 10%, 15%, or 20% tip to the bill. When we mentioned that a 10% tip had already been included, the waiter claimed they were unaware and it was simply added automatically. After collectively paying £228, we finished our drinks and prepared to leave. However, we were aggressively stopped by the owner and staff, claiming they had forgotten to include some drinks in the bill, demanding an extra £45. While we would have been willing to pay, the accusatory manner in which they handled the situation completely ruined the otherwise enjoyable evening. We popped our heads in Saturday afternoon and asked if we could book a table for the evening at 8.30pm, no sorry have to be earlier as we have to be cleared up by 9pm. So we arrived earlier 8pm.....table wasn 't really made up for the type of restaurant it was...no glasses etc. Ordered our drinks and food (with a young lady, very nice)... My Glass of Merlot was then bought to the table by a young lad....in an ice cream sundae type of small glass!!......mmmmmmm for an italian restaurant they should know how to serve their wines.....I called over a more senior lady and asked if I could have my Wine in a proper wine glass...she sort of stared at me and tooted...my husband asked me, did she just...
