"The menu wasn’t clear about what drinks were included in the 3 course brunch set menu and the waiter told us it was two juices and a hot drink and a glass of wine. When we went to pay though our bill has two juices on there, we said why and he said oops It was juice or the wine. I wouldn’t have ordered the juices if I’d known this I only ordered them as I thought it was included. These costed and extra 40 chf and this put a bad taste in our mouth at the end of what would’ve been a pleasant experience."

It's very rare to find high quality restaurant where families with small children are so respected. And overall service as well as food was excellent. We are very satisfied!

It is one of my favorite restaurants, but this time the service was extremely slow for a simple meal. The meal itself was good and service was friendly, easy to wait for a weekday meal.

Really nice atmosphere with a view of the lake. Our service was fast and attentive. My friend and I split the veal special it was delicious, but the real show stopper was the truffle potatoes omg they were so good!!! Visualizza piatti

Worst dining experience ever. We were really looking forward to dining there, but the service was so terrible that spoiled the whole evening. We waited over 1 hour just to get our drinks, the food arrived after 2 hours and didn’t impress. Do not recommend.

Amazing food! Ambiance and location is great. However they were understaffed and their service was not to the standards of a Ritz-Carlton hotel. Staff was super friendly but they seemed overwhelmed even though the restaurant wasn’t full. Coffee is not also their stronger point (they use a big nespresso machine) but they provide lactose-free options and they take note of allergies and dietary restrictions.
