"Having been here a few times, we decided to drop in for a sandwich on the way to the Norwich museum. We hadn’t booked but that wasn’t a problem. Given menus we choose and waited while others who came in after us had their orders taken. After 20 minutes or so we had our order taken and waited for our drinks to arrive. Another table got theirs first, so we asked the waitress if we could have ours. When our food eventually came out my toasted mushroom sandwich was stone cold, my husband had a fish finger bap which was Luke warm. It wasn’t very busy. The waitress asked if everything was ok and I asked if the toasted sandwich should be stone cold. She went away and on returning said yes mine was meant to be cold but the fish finger should be hot, I pointed out mine may as well been an ordinary sandwich. She offered a discount and gave us 15%. We accepted this and left feeling as if we were a nuisance. Won’t go back."

We had 2 breakfasts which were not great. No beans. Cheap ketchup, undercooked streaky bacon. Won’t go back as there are better options

This place is excellent once again. The staff are kind and friendly, the food is great, and the prices are reasonable. It is definitely my favorite place to go in Norwich.

I had a meal with my family at this restaurant. The staff and food were all fantastic. I will definitely be coming back here again. I highly recommend trying the soup of the day.

Excellent customer service great food would definitely go again was quite busy but the staff still had the time for me and my children would definitely recommend if in the city best around

Never got to ordering Although food looked very good Attitude of waitress is why we left and never order Found better service somewhere else and was worth every penny which I highly recommended

Lovely place, really loved the atmosphere. Panini was amazing with salad and coleslaw. We were too full for desert but took some lovely cakes to go. Price was reasonably and staff were professional and nice.

Logan’s is a must visit anytime we go to Norwich. Excellent place for lunch. Very friendly and welcoming, service is very prompt and food is always delicious. Just happened to stumble across Logan’s one day and were very glad we did.

I had an incredible brunch experience at this restaurant, served by the most delightful women. They had fantastic vegan options and we had a hard time choosing, but ended up going with the delicious and huge mushroom club sandwich. The prices were also amazing!

Last minute choice and have never been before, but will certainly be going back. We ordered the logans club sandwich and logans cheese steak and both had a huge amount of filling and tasted as good as they looked. It's located in Swan Lane, just near Bullens the jewellery shop, don't just pass it by, it's well worth the visit.
