"Gastro appears little, the food is very fair, if they would focus it by putting a bar as if it were a bar of a lifetime and 4 tables for lunch or dinner even still. Good attentive and pleasant service but the food is not in line with the menu and the approach they try to give to the restaurant. Service: Dine in Price per person: €50–60"

"Came here with friends it's fairly new, a couple of years old. Very stylish decor reflected in the menu, a modern tapas concept, interesting, subtle and tasty combinations of food, spices, flavorings, very visual as well in the presentation. They change the menu often, based on the great regional seasonal produce as it becomes available. We ordered a bunch of items, but started with the bread, as it's made there, to order, and very, very good. A variation on bacalla, grilled octopus, a creamy fish and potato salad,a coca (valenciano pizza). All very good, but also all with a potato variation, which got to be tiring. Still, we ordered it and should have been more attentive, but the menu was heavily in that direction. I had considered getting the set menu, which would have offered 4 items along with a rice dish, but decided against it. Wish I had, as rice dishes (think paella) originate here in this rice growing region, and would have been nice to try their variation. As it was, I never had a rice dish my whole time in Spain, this time. Odd, and unfortunate. We finished with a delicious, volcano type chocolate brownie. Decent value overall as well."

"Espectacular cena con amigos. El local es sencillo pero con encanto. La carta logra captar tu atención de inmediato y el atento personal enseguida se acercan para poner en marcha ese pequeño espectáculo que es la cena. Mari nos atendió con una gran dosis de profesionalidad y humor como su compañero de sala. Desde la ensaladilla pasando por los buñuelos de berenjena, el calamar con crujiente de morcilla, los callos con garbanzos y acabando con la torrija y las palomitas caramelizadas, fue perfecto. Gracias por un espectáculo con tanto encanto y sabor. No se lo pierdan."

"Loved this local restaurant. We deceptively big with 3 different rooms, one with open fire, terrace and patio. We had the rice dish/ paella of the day which was delicious and perfectly cooked : pork filet, cuttlefish and onions.. eating it directly from the dish with spoons. A big fresh salad and delicious homemade desserts. Very good value for money. We were staying in a house nearby so it’s perfect to discover a local place serving great rice dishes. Very friendly service too. The previous week we had the daily menu also very good value at 12 euros sitting out at tables in the terrace looking at the gorgeous Montgo mountain! A real find and worth the visit."
