Inattentive, bad service. You don't even manage to pour a water bottle, you bang it on the table and that's it. Very loud location. Be on time. We were minutes late and the table was gone. Overall, from the location, the quality of the food and the service I do not recommend it

The food Thai curry is very good, only the service and the kitchen was not well coordinated on the day. Ordered drinks were forgotten, including a starter. No long waiting time for the main course. The food was good, but unfortunately only two waitresses were available for the entire restaurant. One of them wasn't in a particularly good mood. In addition, the whole restaurant smelled quite like fried fat, so that the clothes still smelled of fat after two days, despite airing them. I've been to the Lotus Lounge several times and every time it tastes excellent, on this visit I was there for the first time at 6:00 p.m. and I was together with my two companions until alone which was more of an advantage because everything went super fast and we were extremely hungry. However, there was a small minus point, as it was freezing cold outside and the heating in the restaurant was not really activated, we initially froze a bit! CONCLUSION: Always happy, simply great

The Lotus Lounge is very small, the tables are close together and you can understand every word from the next table. So it got very loud, which made it difficult to talk to me. The light and atmosphere are pleasant for a dinner. The service was correct, but not really friendly. The spring rolls as a starter were good and great for two to share, the pad thai with prawns tasted good, but not really typical Thai, there was a lack of seasoning. The yellow chicken curry was good and very mild with lots of coconut. We left immediately after dinner, for a second wine and it's just too loud to linger. Never again !!! In previous reviews it was pointed out again and again that this restaurant was not for those who are sensitive to noise. I never thought it would be that loud. In fact, no conversation is possible unless you want to lie in bed sick with a sore throat the next day. After most of the guests had left around the clock and there was some hope of conversation, the music was turned up. We had no choice but to leave the restaurant early.
