What a restaurant! a very good gourmet in a beautiful setting. Even in the middle of lunch, get off the slopes and go! the gourmet menu is at 35€ !!

Very good gourmet restaurant with refined and hearty dishes. A high service and a village leader who deserves to be recognized in the restoration by his inventiveness... A very nice address.

Everything was perfect. Excellent cuisine, delicious ingredients and a perfect cuisine, with made accompaniments and a very good taste. Elegant frame and bullshit. Careful and high quality service. A must-see address in Clusaz.

Perfect restaurant: very pleasant reception, comfortable and warm interior. The kitchen is perfect, everything was delicious, we discovered new flavors that we had never tasted elsewhere. Everything was fine. We recommend you without reservation!

Second visit in two years. Perfect from beginning to end. Quality price ratio unbeatable on the bear menu at 49 euros. To mouth, entrance, dish, cheese, pre dessert and digestive dessert! Cook the perfect cute net! If you pass through the Clusaz and wish to enjoy yourself, the restaurant l'Ourson is a must.

A year since my last visit, and the standards here are as high as ever, and I cannot praise this restaurant enough.Service is excellent, and the staff and owners friendly.The food compares with any Michelin starred restaurant I have eaten in, yet l'Oursin manage to keep prices in line with the more rustic, local restaurants. The detail and subtlety of the dishes are what fine dining is all about, and the little touches such as Amuse Bouche, Pre-Dessert and complimentary limoncello add to what is already a great value meal.Excellence all the way!

Overall happy but a bit disapointed by the main course. I asked for a off-menu veggie dish has the restaurant qualify itself as veggie-friendly on tripadvisor (that there are none on the menu) the waiter was surprise and I only got a plate of vegetable. It was good and well presented but not enough for a restaurant saying they welcome vegeterians.The starter and dessert were really good !Otherwise, the service was good & pro, the restaurant is nice and the prices fair.To the management / cook : you should consider adding something veggie as main course having the same level as the rest of your menues or not call yourself veggie-friendly here...
