"I work in West Bromwich so often stay over i have eaten at Lucarelli in The Postbox and the meal was exceptional but this is West Bromwich, it cant compare, can it? Away i needed somewhere to stay and hotel prices where double there normsil rate so I rang Lucarelli and they sorted me a room. Which was very nice for the price in fact much better than anything locally for a similar price. I had a great double bed a huge TV beautiful towles, the water was red hot and the hotel was quite i had the best night sleep in years. I had no intention to eat at Lucarelli but I has soon has i walked in the smell of garlic hit me and when my friend turned up we stayed. Dover sole, the famous fried courgettes and a couple of brwads with cheese and andouille (not sue about spelling). Food was fantastic, service was exceptional and a big thank you to Vinnie for looking after us, I will definitely be back."

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is beautiful and the service is excellent. I especially enjoyed the calamari starter and the seafood risotto was incredible. I would rate the service as a 5 out of 5.

Very expensive and overrated, been plenty of times before but the quality has dropped somewhat. Also, always look at your receipts as they can put on a large service fee depending on size of the party you're with. It's a hotel which I won't be trying. I reserved a private dome for my husband and myself, and it was fabulous. The food and service were both top-notch. You can play your own music through the speaker, and the dome is adorned with fairy lights, creating a lovely and warm ambiance. We will definitely be returning! Spent an extra £45 for 2 hours in one of their heated outdoor globes . Was worth the money , service and food were excellent. Cocktails were 2 for 1 , food came out hot and was able to play out own music via the Bluetooth speaker. I visited this restaurant on Wednesday, March 2nd during my stay in the area. My husband ordered steak and I ordered king scallops. The food was excellent, the staff was friendly and attentive, and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant. We had a wonderful meal and I would definitely recommend it. If I am ever in the area again, I will certainly return!

My husband and I were first-time visitors to Lucarelli last night, and we can confidently say that we will definitely be coming back! The food was wonderfully authentic, the service was impeccable, and the speed of service was excellent - we couldn't find any faults. Overall, the service was totally amazing - 5 stars, and the location also deserves a perfect score of 5 stars.

My wife and I visited this restaurant for the first time and we were not disappointed. We were warmly greeted by a smartly dressed waiter who escorted us to our table. Instead of placing our coats on the back of our chairs, a waitress kindly took them for us. The night was made even more enjoyable due to the professional service and the fantastic quality and variety on the menu. To top off a wonderful evening, they arranged for a taxi for us and waited until it arrived. We will definitely be returning.
