"Leider hat die Dutch Bar geschlossen. Also wollten wir auf einen Appsacker ins Alte Museum. Das ist lt. Aussage ausgebucht...auch draussen. Nee is klar. Welcher Gastronom nimmt Reservierungen im Außenbereich an . Es könnte ja regnen. Im Innenbereich war ein extrem muffiger Geruch wahr zu nehmen..schade für euch. Wir setzen an Getränke mehr um als andre mit Speisen und dazu geben wir noch immer ordentlich Trinkgeld. Es gibt so viele Leerstände in Bentheim. Beim nächsten Mal wenn wir wieder da sind kommt vielleicht noch einer dazu. Nur gute Qualität und Kundenservice setzt sich durch"

"I have seen many positive comments here about this restaurant and we decided to go and try. Four of us came for the dinner. Friend of mine noticed that all tables were reserved, I don't see such a things, but at this moment I was...afraid we shall not get the table. Anyway, blond hair lady (owner? waitress took one of reservations off the table and we took our seats. Tables around us had same scenario three people came in, blond hair lady said everything was reserved but she took off reservation from next table and problem resolved. We believed for the moment we were lucky . Before ordering anything, we get some strong drink on the house as welcome as they said. We ordered four different dishes, mostly grilled, but unfortunately all those different kinds of meat had same taste . Salad made in the kitchen was waiting on very warm place to be served to us. And some of us don't like carrots in the salad but you couldn't avoid it. After the dinner same blond hair lady brought chocolate fondue on the table for special guests We were there for the first time, we don't think we are special and after all we don't like chocolate fondue. I know it's free, but we had a feeling they want to buy our sympathy by giving us free drinks and pudding."
