"Super Restaurant, mit tollen und frischen Speisen. Leider hatten wir zweimal kein Glück, als wir zu zweit Essen gehen wollten. Wir wurden immer darauf hingewiesen, dass wir nicht reserviert hätten und leider das gesamte Lokal ausgebucht wäre. Bei beiden malen, sind wir nach längeren Spaziergängen, immer wieder (im 30 Minuten Abständen) am Lokal vorbei gegangen und mussten feststellen, dass immer einige Plätze frei waren. Leider nichts für spontane, aber wer früh reserviert, wird es nicht bereuen. Great restaurant with great and fresh food. Unfortunately, we were unlucky twice when we wanted to go out to eat for two. Beautiful location in Gießen. Fair prices, good quality and a friendly team. A good and welcome addition to the offer in downtown. You are now sitting nicely in summer, right at the events of the church square.

I was able to enjoy incredible delicious spaghetti Carbonara today at Manu. Delicious. The ambience, the furnishings and the service convince on the whole. 1 star trigger that the noodles are calculated separately. For example, my dish costs €9.80 plus €2 for spaghetti. We have visited a very good friend in Linden and we have encountered this small but very good restaurant. Not only the kitchen is exceptionally delicious, but also the owner(Manu and the staff are very friendly and fulfill almost any desire. Manu keeps his guests in the mood and cannot take a short conversation at one or the other table, thus creating a special feel-good atmosphere. The restaurant is wonderfully located in the city centre of Gießen, so it is perfect to reach by car, bus and train. Therefore, once again we are in water and hungry: is our first point of contact Trattoria Manu. Thanks for the great hospitality
