"This bistro in Sheringham is a hidden gem and undoubtedly the best dining experience we had during our seven nights in Norfolk. We found the prices very reasonable given the exceptional quality of the food, especially compared to the more expensive places we visited in Thornham. Typically, I wouldn't take a photo of soup, but the butternut squash, chili, and chocolate soup was so remarkable that I couldn't resist—it was the best soup I've ever had! I've tried plenty of homemade, unique combinations, but this one topped them all. The main courses were fantastic; the meat was tender, perfectly cooked, and everything was incredibly delicious. It truly was the highlight of our trip. The service was excellent—friendly and attentive without being overbearing. We also enjoyed a local ale and a lovely bottle of Shiraz. Highly recommend!"

we found this place by chance. the food was divine and it was love to detail. the staff was polite and friendly. we couldn't blame. it was so good that we were back two days later.

I rarely ever leave reviews but the meal we just had at Marmalade’s was the best I’ve had in years. Friendly service reasonably priced and the lamb main course was exquisite. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

I had a large meal on Saturday evening, the 28th, and it was fantastic. The steak was delicious and perfectly cooked, and the chips were some of the best I've had in a long time—crispy and just the right size! Unlike those mushy ones that you often find in many places. The hake was beautiful and flavorful, as were the appetizers, soup, and crab. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience, and the staff were great too.

For dessert, we had panna cotta with lime and coconut, which was delightful. It came with a lovely poppy seed biscuit for a nice crunchy contrast, as well as fresh strawberries and blueberries. They even made a small birthday gesture by placing a candle on the table, which was very thoughtful. It was a wonderful way to end the meal. The Picpoul wine was also excellent. We received outstanding service and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Our total came to £92, not including drinks.
