I stayed at this restaurant for a Friday and Saturday night. The new owners have only been in charge for 10 weeks.

"We went for a pre booked meal.The table opposite was served starters and our drinks order was taken,The drinks took several tries to get it right. The cocktails tasted like gone off water and we were then told they were from a premixed draught pump! We eventually got to order.The table opposite had all 3 courses as we repeatedly asked when to expect our food.We didn’t receive answers at first then were told we were next. After waiting over an hour we asked again.We had already said how hungry and tired the children were and were then told it would be another 25 minutes.It was getting too late for the children to eat and we had no confidence we would ever get food. They said it was due to having too many people coming in asking for tables.Nomone else was eating,but maybe they were waiting too.No idea what the chef was do8ng although we saw him out in the car park as we left. We walked out at that point and they ruined a family evening and children were very tired next day due to the late bedtime after we finally found some fast food for them."

"Hubby and myself had our valentines meal there last night. Lovely food and amazing staff. Their service was something else, and they knew when to approach. First time in a long time I have been able to relax and enjoy a meal. We will definitely be back. The lovely lady who served us, was superb (albanian) wish we got your name, thank you. "Just happened to pop into this restaurant unplanned, looking for a family friendly restaurant. We were met by a lovely and friendly waiter. With my dietary restrictions I am limited to seafood and vegetarian so I opted for their grilled Argentinian prawns amd chips. Everything was cooked perfectly, the prawns were not rubbery like other places, quite succulent, and the amount I got for £25 was a lovely surprise. On to dessert, being a visitor to the UK and wanting to try british cuisine I had the Eton Mess which was quite delicious. Would definitely visit here again. Essentially, great and friendly staff, delicious food, first class service."

"beautiful, again at meat in the parish for being a family dinner. we all enjoyed our evening in this friendly, welcoming restaurant. from the minute they go, are made to feel so welcome. 2 of us had old fashionable cocktails that were perfect. three of us had made gin tonic available from the good selection of gins. we decided to go with our drinks for brot and olives. we enjoyed soft bowling crab, burrata with parma ham feigen and the wonderful wobbly bloomer served with a delicious wicy mayo. we all went for steak next tasty ribeye steaks perfectly cooked a large size and the bone in rib from the metzgerblock divided between 2 of us. the bone in rib was so tasteful, perfectly cooked and enjoyed with the chimichurri sauce (freshly cubed so well.) we have a delicious bordeaux or 2 with our net! we have with the rice pudding, chocolate orange torte and the selection of British cheese absolutely perfect end of our meal. the staff was attentive, courtesy friendly. this was one of the best nights that we had in a long time and definitely go back."

"really beautiful decoration atmosphere. but coming from a city, were Japanese eating is top class and moving to england I find misugo a bit over price. the sushi is beautiful, but not as high quality, the fried gyoza tastes really good, but the katsu curry tasted like a microwave dinner with 2kg rice, my own Japanese curry tastes better. I always go back here and hope that I find something new because it is hard to find good japaners in my opposite, and the staff is lovely, but eating is only average for the price they pay."
