Not impressed with open table. Turned up to a restaurant that wasn’t even open anymore! Not happy and ruined my client evening.

I went to this restaurant for New Year's Eve and I was not disappointed. It may be on the expensive side, but you are paying for the high quality, atmosphere, and service.

Delicious food (however don't get the Caesar salad as your started on the pre-theatre menu. The Carpaccio and the steak was DIVINE and the sommelier was actually really helpful. Also our waiter was lovely! All in all would go back, really lovely.

Cannot believe that we reserved a table via your app, only to turn up at the restaurant and find it had closed down. Very disappointed. Why have you not removed it from your search results and how do you provide available times for a restaurant that doesn’t exist?

MASH is no longer operating and despite being closed for a few weeks, OpenTable still took the reservation. I'd heard great things about MASH but I couldn't get to experience it myself. Learnt my lesson that OpenTable is not a live booking system and it's safer to call the restaurant direct.

The steaks are fantastic. But for an American Steak house to not have any beer on tap or in bottles is just not good enough. We were told there had been a problem with the beer system for two days and they did not have any on tap and could not get any bottled beers in. This is just plain crazy.
