Had a great time at this restaurant - watching Euro 2016. I had a pizza, which was excellent. Good staff and atmosphere.

Had a quick bite to eat at Mauritius during stopover driving back from holiday. Food was pretty good, as was the service. Recommended.

Went in twice and enjoyed the young atmosphere. Friendly, assertive service, blazing fast. Comparatively small menu, but good choice of salads, meat and pizzas. Very reasonable pricing. Definitely a good choice! Visualizza piatti

Excellent friendly service in English. The food was great too. We didn't wait very long and everything was presented beautifully. Lots and lots of little extra touches that made the visit superb. Highly recommended to visitors in Karlsruhe.

Nice outside seating, young atmosphere with extensive cocktail menu. Vegetarian dishes are available. I had a nice salad with local beer followed by a delicate dessert and an espresso. Prices are reasonable and my waitress was helpful. Nice place to sit outside when the weather permits.

What a great place this is. It's like a hostel restaurant. Massive portions, great food and good prices. I had the pasta which was really good but the schnitzel meals looked massive. Came here on a Thursday night to grab some dinner and had a great time.Service was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was very lively and buzzing. We ordered two Veggie Schnitzels (one of each type on the menu €11.90 each), one mixed salad (€6.70), one Tuna Pizza (€9.50), one tea (€2.70), 3 orange juices (€2.80 each), and a Nutella Waffle with Vanilla Ice cream (€5.50). All of our choices were delicious and offered great value for money.Really nice experience!

It's hard to know what sort of place Mauritius wants to be. They offer a good value lunch with their selling point being huge portions. Combine this canteen like feel with a cocktail menu and you start to get lost. Across the bar the words ' what do you like to drink?' are written, which has a definite cringe factor as they obviously meant 'what would you like to drink?' I felt compelled to tell them that I like to drink various different beverages from water to whiskey, and that I'm fanatical about good coffee, but the staff at this place did not look like the kind of people who take their sense of humor seriously. We ate here (while it was half empty!) and the waitress was careless and not very customer oriented.Initially we requested her to clean the table cause it was dirty, but she forgot to and cleaned just after we insisted. We ordered a Pizza with 3 plates and potatoe chips. She brought a Pizza (which was not cutted in pieces), 2 plates, no cutlery, no napkins and no salt for the chips (the chips had no salt!).We requested her to cut the pizza and she was reluctant at first, then she brought it back and it was still not properly cut down!
