"They can’t pack food properly, I ordered 3 double bacon muffins, got 3 double sausage muffins. We went back to get what we actually ordered. After receiving our order again, being already on the road, we noticed they packed again 2 muffins with bacons and one with that sausage! Shame we didn’t check also second time what we received. All of them standing and chatting, maybe do what you’re getting paid for."

Yeah it's fast food, yes they put cold bits on a hot burger, but please can we have hot food and not tepid food. Been to maccys in the USA several times and they get it out hot.

Ordered Double Big Mac with Bacon, large fries, large drink. No reciept from touch screen point, ignored when repeating my order number to confirm, NO BACON in the Double Big Mac with Bacon, Large Fries carton HALF FULL. Already back on the road so too late to resolve. (Order 70, 18/7/24 12:35:26).
