Finally a Micky D's as it should be!!! Big enough, in a great location, with same unfriendly faces, where as if your lucky enough you get one or two really...

Its just a McDonalds, but the staff are helpful and friendly. The spoke several languages very well so we had no problems ordering. Its very clean and the food was fresh.

Man wartet ewig und bei der Bestellung geht meistens was schief. Kaltes Essen, falsches Essen... In Köln gibt es bessere McDonald's Lokale. Bei Hunger auf Fettiges nach einer Feiernacht lieber ein Stück Pizza für 1 Euro um die Ecke essen.

Filiale und Sortiment ist ganz normale McD Standard aber draußen kann man einen historischen Tor und Türme der Stadt bestaunen. Auch praktische Bestuhlung draußen wenn man Kinder dabei hat, dann essen die Tauben die hin gefallene Rest des Essen.

we were on the ism show and were looking for a place for an early breakfast, except baked and croissants. the only place that was open early in the morning was mcdonalds. the staff was nice. eating was good. mcdonalds it was freshly cooked, their new toast was really. a folded over flat brot with a little processed cheese with a thin ham. we had a good laugh about our friend who ordered it, because it certainly doesn't look like the picture.

We dropped into this McDonald's as we were heading to The Christmas Market held in Rudolfplatz with the beautiful Hahnen Gate as a stunning backdrop. This is your typical McDonald's,a really nice interior,bright modern design with some nice wall art,service here was really good ,the...young man who served us spoke great English,we ordered a the Big Mac menu and this was served in super quick time,we got a nice table and just tucked into our burger meal. You know what your getting with a McDonald's,ok it's not the best burger in the world but it is tasty and filling,this was just what we needed. We really enjoyed our meals here before we moved on and for a first time visit we were very impres...

Cuando te metes a un Mcdonals ya sabemos qué hay, pero la simpatía o la amabilidad al menos esperas tenerla en todas partes, sea cual sea el restaurante. Aquí en absoluto. Fuimos una vez a tomar un menú y fuimos tratados con desprecio y malos modos por el que nos atendió. No le dimos importancia, tendría un mal día pensamos. Pero nos llamó la atención que dos clientes de más de 40 años como nosotros nos tratara con cierto desprecio y sin ganas...Pero al día siguiente, como lo teníamos cerca del hotel, decidimos tomar un café y una porción de tarta.
