"Wow the shift manager EBONY needs to go and have managers training. Spent £25 on food and drinks I asked her “can the cream be put on last” her reply was yes . Not even 5 mins after food was brought out the cream completely melted. I took up and said I asked you to put cream on after and you said it was . It was completely melted. I asked for the cream to be done and she said “it’s melted” and then said I’ll just refund you. WOW . Come all the way from Cornwall and to be spoken to like this is absolutely disgusting."
