"We came across here by chance through a quick trip advisor search 4 somewhere to eat, but what an amazing find that was!! We have a 1 yr old who has an egg and dairy allergy ans then a 9yr old who has recently been taken off gluten. Normally eating out is extremely difficult with very limited options but upon arriving in safari we quickly realised this family run business go above and beyond to ensure those with allergies and intolerances have the same experience as anyone else when going out for a meal. My little girl was actually able to have mash potatoes while eating out forthe first time. Nearly the whole menu was gluten free which is unbelievable. The food was also amazing and rhe service was next to none. We will most certainly be back again."

"didn't even know this place existed until recently. but I must say that I was pleasantly surprised with my visit. I thought the amount would be low if you looked at the reasonable price. I ordered the deluxe plate for two for starter. the image shows only half of the plate. my wife had the Thai red curry that was beautiful. it had a lot of taste and seemed authentic or is a Chinese restaurant. I had that Jer chicken. I was in china and this meal was the closest I had in a long time to the aromen from china. I am definitiw back. for those with children, the portions for the children's meals are also so good. you can see that the fried rice and the huh was a grown-up. the staff was friendly and friendly. I noticed that the owners were also personally present at some of the guests when they were around."

"We visited for a family meal, and it was wonderful! My husband and I enjoyed perfectly cooked medium rare steaks, while the kids loved their pizzas and chicken goujons, which were generously portioned. For dessert, the kids had chocolate cake, and the adults indulged in sticky toffee pudding—everything was highly recommendable! My aunt and I tried some cocktails, and we both really enjoyed them. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was fantastic. We all left feeling satisfied and happy!"

"We called for dinner on Sunday 9/7/23 for at 7pm and had pre booked for our party of four. Having dined here a number of years ago I had recommended the restaurant to our group and unfortunately lived to regret it. This was not simply an underwhelming experience it was a poor one. The restaurant was untidy, dirty and smelt like a greasy spoon. . We were seated in a large room adjacent to a large sun room. There was absolutely nothing appealing about the room and we were tortured with flies and bluebottles and when we drew this to the attention of the staff their suggestion was that they would close the conservatory windows. The food was very poor. Two of our party had a turkey and ham stack as there were insufficient ingredients remaining for a roast dinner. This was edible.. just One person had fish which was coated in a heavy thick batter and the other person had a chicken dish. Not one of the plates s had any salad or veg garnish. The bill when it arrived did not match the transport cafe experience."

"I went to this restaurant for a family get-together. We arrived early and had a drink at the bar while we waited for everyone else. Once we were seated, our orders were taken promptly. The food arrived in a reasonable amount of time, with starters coming in about 10 minutes and mains following 5-10 minutes later. I ordered the Christmas dinner, which was delicious, although the mashed potatoes were a bit disappointing as they weren't as creamy as I had hoped. However, the gravy helped to make up for it. We also received a complimentary bowl of chips with every two meals, which was a nice touch. It took a while for the waitress to take our dessert order, but the desserts were worth the wait. My wife had a chocolate cake and ice cream which looked amazing. Despite the minor issues with service, I would definitely return to this restaurant. Overall, I would give it 4 stars."
