Excellent dishes and service. On Friday there was also a really entertaining professional troubadour. Friedly, down-to-earth athmosphere!

Abbiamo mangiato cibo fantastico. Le cozze, i gnocchi e la pasta bianca e nera erano tutti deliziosi. Un ringraziamento speciale al nostro cameriere Giuseppe che ha fatto un limoncello con noi.

Altamente raccomandato: è un po' lontano da tutti i principali negozi e dalla folla e questo rende questo posto ancora più speciale. Il cibo era ottimo nel complesso e la musica dal vivo è molto piacevole.

Excellent service. We stopped for drinks. The drinks were delicious and they gave us the most delicious olives for a little snack. The staff here go out of there way. You can tell they sincerely appreciate your business. Lots of choices in Positano but this...place is a place to support.

This was our first visit to Mediterraneo and we'll definitely be back. The food was wonderful and the service great as well. We sat on the patio and enjoyed people-watching while we tried the fiori di zucchina (perfectly tempura fried and with a smoky ricotta...filling), an amazing amorini pasta with lemon sauce and local fish, and then the frittura mista with calamari, anchovies, shrimp, and another delicious local fish. In contrast to our dinner up the street the night before, it was a relaxed meal and we never felt rushed. All in all, a great experience.

we had dinner here and that was okay. we had bruschetta over the amalfi coast and that was the little good brot, but our main courses were good. service wise after 3 curses we sat for 30 minutes waiting on our dessert plates. to clean the tables around the tables and serve limoncellos, bills requested. at the end after 35 minutes waiting for someone to remember that we existed, I simply asked about the bill and it came, but the limoncello part was totally missed big mistakes young and I went without any tip. Too bad we have a great service everywhere in positano. remember the middle woman who paid the bill.

Siamo venuti al Mediterraneo in ottobre con prenotazioni e abbiamo ottenuto un bel tavolo all'interno ma comunque vicino alle finestre in modo da poter godere dell'atmosfera. Il ristorante era pieno e c'era un musicista dal vivo molto bravo. I nostri camerieri erano amichevoli e lavoravano sodo. Abbiamo ordinato molti piatti di pesce ed erano tutti meravigliosi. Mi è stato detto in seguito che lo chef stava guardando e apprezzava quanto abbiamo apprezzato tutti i piatti. Ha persino attirato l'attenzione di uno dei camerieri per farmi portare una forchetta quando ha dimenticato di portarmene una. È stata un'esperienza meravigliosa per mia moglie e me durante la nostra ultima notte in città.

we have held a late lunch/ snack here this afternoon. as an American and in the face of the day, we didn't want to order more than ever a court. our waiter was clearly inconspicuous by our failure to order a complete anti pasta, first cure and...main course for each family member are they safe? do they not want to order?
