"Went with two work friends and my wife for a meal impressed with the food again friends' first time at the Megna they both commented on how good the meal was.Indian food comes with many expectations of heat and spiciness and for me at least Megna. manages to balance the two very well. In many ways indian food can't be all things to all people which is (for me) worth bearing in mind when reading reviewsFor my main course, I had chicken tikka with a naan and veg curry and it was pitched nicely and was delicious. I had a taste of the other dishes ordered and each was lovely. the chicken chaat was a nice starter not too spicy and a good portionReally worth a visit clean, with excellent customer service and not bad wine either."

We had dinner at the Megna on New Year's Eve before it got really busy. The service as always was excellent as was the food. We really enjoyed it and we're glad we made the right choice.

Wonderful tasting Indian food with a pleasant staff who catered to our needs. Restaurant atmosphere is your typical traditional family owned. Very much enjoyed the variety of dishes we ordered and naan breads!

We ate a mediocre meal, poppodums, tikka missala and naan bread with a couple of glasses of house wine at £5 each, which was as unreasonable and unsatisfying as our meal. In a nutshell really poor and disappointing.

My partner and I eat here regularly, both to take away and eat in, and it never disappoints. An expansive menu to suit a variety of tastes. Good value for money. The chaps that work there are always very accommodating. Deliciousness!

We visited Megna for the first time with some friends and the quality of food was amazing I have eaten in some of the best Indian restaurants and have to say this was up there with the best of them. Staff were very friendly and priced very reasonable.

clearly this place has gone down hill hugely! Food over 30 minutes late, arrived STONE COLD! Manager extremely rude... arguing with the fact he knows the food is hot.. unless your sat at my house I don’t know how you can argue this. Will never go back!

The food here is really nice and the service is good the reason we don't use it more is that it's a little pricey and the food isn't so amazing that it's worth paying the extra regularly. Having said that, we always enjoy our meals from Megna so you won't be disappointed in that regard.

We came here as a family and quite frankly, we won't be coming again. The staff were miserable and the service incredibly slow despite there being hardly any patrons that night.We had to ask for them to take our order of poppadoms and then again for our main meal. The good was satisfactory although disappointing that they didn't service lime pickle with the poppadoms. We wouldn't visit again.
