eating was very good and delicious. it was appealing. unfortunately I was denied the desire for a carafe water of behavior. that has never happened to me.

as always an all-round successful evening. Excellent eating, great wein recommendations and a perfect, unattended service. we are looking forward to the next visit.

The ambient was very unique and the history of the place dating back to 1672 (I think) is just amazing. The staff was very friendly and always attentative. The food doesn't fall into the category of being super fancy, but definitely into the category of being delicious by playing with light notes of herbs and other spices. Great experience and we'll come for sure back, when we are visiting Heidelberg again!

we had booked the student surprise menu for 49,95€per person. once lactose-free, which was no problem at all! top. and what should I say my/our expectations were far exceeded. of gänseleberpastete, over sea tongue, to be bark fillet and as desert a red beer sorrow on litschifoam was for everyone. all very, very tasty. the stub has a very special flair. the personal very attentive and very nice. we're coming back.

Wundervoll! Ich möchte nur ein paar kurze Dankesworte schreiben. Wir waren gestern im Sternelokal Münchhausen und dabei haben wir uns immer wieder an unseren Abend im Le Gourmet erinnert. Kurz gesagt: Le Gourmet ist auch gegenüber anderen Sternelokalen um Welten besser. Der Service ist grandios. Die Einrichtung und Tischdekoration, Geschirr und Besteck. Alles grandios. Le Gourmet in der Hirschgasse ist ein phantastisches Restaurant und Erlebnis. Wie gesagt, wir waren gestern im Sternelokal Münchhausen und die Klasse der Hirschgasse ist um Welten höher. Service, Essen, Kreativität und Befriedigung, ich kann nur jedem empfehlen Le Gourmet zu besuchen, es ist eine Reise wert. Vielen Dank. Visualizza piatti
