"Wir haben uns zu viert für das Chefmenü entschieden man kann sich einfach entspannen und genießen, wie Rami sagt: don’t worry and enjoy! Es ging schon toll los mit selbst gebackenem Sauerteigbrot und einer hausgemachten köstlichen Butter. Standalone Potenzial: dann folgte eine Geschmacksexplosion nach der anderen und wir waren sehr froh mit unserer Entscheidung, dem Chef die Auswahl gelassen zu haben, perfekter ging’s nicht. Start waren Beetroot Bruschetta und Panisses, beide Gerichte eine Köstlichkeit für sich, und beetroot gleichauf mit einem Wildem Broccoli meine persönlichen Favoriten, aber auch nur um Haaresbreite vor z.B. Crispy Octopus: dieser Duft! Beamt einen sofort in südliche Gefilde am Meer. Der Rest wird nicht verraten, müsst Ihr selbst probieren nur noch soviel: ich bin kein Nachtisch Fan, aber diese Trilogie war der Hammer!!!!! Wir hatten einen wundervollen Abend, von dem wir noch lange schwärmen werden. Danke an Rami und Guy für den aufmerksamen Service! Wir haben viel zusammen gelacht!"

The food is delicious and prepared with love and secret knowledge. The fusion of Mediterranean and classical Western cuisines proposes the new unknown and wounderful testes.
