I came here for dinner as a treat with my daughter, and we were looked after from the moment we stepped through the door. Christina was our waitress, and she looked after So well. I went here for a family birthday, greeted with lovely staff. when ordering food my partner and i both got a MEDIUM RARE sirloin steak. when the food did arrive after an hour and a half, both of the steaks were MEDIUM/WELL DONE. I have been to plenty of miller and carters and this is by far the WORST one they have. Excellent staff...greeted well and shown my table (for 1) I was working in the area. Waitress introduced herself was very engaging and recommended a few things. Food was excellent...very good and the chefs should be proud of making food like that. Ambience was good..a little cool but I prefer that but I heared a women moaning about it. Didn't have to wait ages for the bill which is brill. All in all a great experience. The food was perfectly cooked although some of it was missing and we had to ask for the missing items! Everything else was awful. Our first table was cold to touch and indeed some people at near by tables were eating with their coats on! Is this normal? We weren’t offered sauces or condiments when the meal was served to us. We weren’t offered extra drinks till we asked! Knowbody asked us it our food was ok! We weren't offered desserts! My family and I came here to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday and we had an amazing experience. Our server, Sally, was fantastic. She was friendly, efficient, and very attentive to all 9 of us. The food was delicious and all our plates were empty after each course. We will definitely be coming back! In terms of kid-friendliness, there were menus for our two little ones to choose from. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible with ramps from the carpark and seating near the door and disabled toilets. There was enough space for my mum's mobility scooter at our table.
