Great service and food as always but would be better if customer notes were paid attention to

Usually the hot lamb appetiser is lovely, however, sadly this time it was too hot to be pleasant

Have ordered from here twice now meal was good both times bit no mint yoghurt on the menu even asked them for it in comments box at paying but no attention gets paid to the bit I feel but otherwise a very good meal tasty nicely cooked will deffo come back again

One thing saved Mint from being cast into obscurity due to the order being 30 mins late and that was this curry being the very best we've had since arriving in Dorset some 12 years ago. Don't bother. Ordered at 20.05. ETA 20.45. Arrived at 22.20. Had to reheat in the microwave. Hungry, and disappointed, and no customer service from the restaurant or Deliveroo. Tried to call restaurant four times. Twice they hung up. Twice went to answer phone. Finally Deliveroo called back and refused to cancel the order or compensate.

As ever, the food was top notch, hot and super flavours and quality. Okay, the naan was a little bit undercooked but edible, so no harm done. Once again, where you let yourselves down is through being late with your delivery times. Now, we order for a delivery earlier than we ideally want so as to not have a late delivery cause an issue.

Hate to write this review as Mint has always been amazing.. but today we received rice with salt in instead of coconut, we only realised after we mixed the rice with our curries. We phoned up and they were great and sent out what we thought was new rice and curry, however it was just the new rice. So now we only have a little bit of curry we could save from the salt with the new rice : feel so sad writing this review as the food is always great, but the situation is annoying and we aren't getting the money back for having to waste most of a curry.
