Gloomy restaurant, the mood in here is so sad I genuinely. I'll begin by saying the waiting time is so unbelievably long, we were two at the only occupied table. Two veggie boxes took 40 minutes to prepare and I had some fish roe on my vegetarian roll?? So I had to pay full price for something I can't even eat. The rest of the food was good but please clean your knives in between plates.

we ate well. service is very friendly. eating is very tasty. there is a wide offer in the Indian area, but also German food. therefore parents can feed with children there. the carving with pommes was also very delicious. atmosphere perfect. they can eat well outside. the Indian papadams with different chutneys and nan brot are also very tasty with different layers, e.g. hainger. very happy again, so full star number!

I don't like giving such a bad review, the food is really good but the service is very bad. We waited an hour for our order in the restaurant even though there wasn't a single other customer there. There were some caviar eggs stuck to the vegetarian sushi, which is of course not pleasant as someone who lives a vegetarian life. There were three of us and we were the only ones in the restaurant. Inside there are two rooms with tables, unfortunately one of them is used as storage (visible). You can get more out of the ambience. It was a white basement room with little to no decoration. Not very inviting. Despite the fact that we were alone, we had to wait 5 minutes for the cards and we also had to pay the bill at the counter because no one came to the table. A pity. The food was good and there was nothing to complain about.

The food is actually really good, which makes the contrast with the service all the worse! After being called in 15 25 minutes after ordering, you end up waiting over two hours and the food still isn't there. You are always sent away for half an hour, only to have to wait another half hour. The organization is catastrophic, the staff constantly interrupts you and disappears either to the phone or into the back room when you have a complaint. Absolutely unprofessional and unfriendly! I'll definitely never come here again.
