"I visited montys with my brother and we both found a mixed bag. the menu was authentic and varied and the naan and the pickles were very good. but on the lower side, I found my hunch under seasoned, the portions were quite small and not much worth and our rice was quite cold. I wanted to try other dishes from the menu again, but I hope they were fed better and more seasoned and that the portions correspond to the competition"

this place is an absolute must for Tandoori lovers. eating was divine, decor was simple and yet effective to create a chilled mood and the service was.

came once for a farewell meal for a colleague here. they have looked after our large group very well and efficiently and supplied us with excellent food.

The poppadom dips were delicious and there were plenty of main course options to choose from. I did not get a chance to try the starters, so I can't comment on those.

we just have an amazing al fresco huhn dhansak, funky, wobble bhaji, say aloo and keema naan. monty’s remains the curry restaurant of choice in kingston. not the cheapest but the best.

the first time it goes there, it'll be safe to go again. the place was immaculately clean and the staff was very polite and friendly. not rushed even though we were leaving the last and eating was great

great staff, excellent service and excellent food. the Momocha stars were beautifully spiced. madras chicken was full of juicy chicken breast. chana masala was great and a good generous portion. the Nepalese court pahadi chicken was a delightful spicy curry with good spices of chili and black pfeffer and so delicate huh. I will certainly return to this restaurant, next in kingston.

first my and my friend sat against a wall and said they would see here? no great first impression. How are you? I asked if during the meal we were not even finished over time. I had hoped that this would compensate, but it didn't and to cover it, at the end when he took away with my card and the card reader for a minute? so angry with the service here I will never go back and spread the word
