always hot and fresh the poach eggs are a negative though always hard the hot chocolate is really good and stays hot thoughout your meal

Visited for a quick snack while shopping went for the bacon and cheese panini. Plastic cheese undercooked bacon with its fat hanging out, don’t have to say anymore, title says it all

We are there weekly and the food has gone downhill and it really isn't worth the visit, they very rarely have the food in that's on the menu and if they have it's over burn't dry and very small,no taste and they shouldn't even call themselves a cafe. Over priced rubbish. Visualizza piatti

I went to get some milk I went to use the toilet both ladies and gents were shut so had to use disabled toilet the person Infront of me had to get toilet paper it was 11am the other toilets were closed for cleaning the store opened at ten Which is bad they should done and all open

I’ve finally had enough of this cafe they’ve never hardly got any of their items on their menu. Asked for the roast chicken today and needed up with chicken and chips with coleslaw witch I’m allergic to mayonnaise. The chicken was as dry as dry could be. Getting fed up with this restaurant. Don’t bother coming here if you want a healthy meal

20 minute wait, mid-morning and only two people working and then when the food finally arrives it has overcooked eggs because it has sat under the heat but ironically the beans are cold??? Bacon is cheap as are the sausages and you would think as this is a cafe within the store that supposedly sells quality food why not cook some and sell it to your customers.... Visualizza piatti

My partner and I had a snack here on 1 November 2018. Basically, the café was dirty. There were plenty of free tables, but almost all still had dirty crockery etc. from previous customers. The floor didn't appear to have been swept for days. The racks for customers to return their trays to were nowhere to be seen. There was one member of staff trying to take cash at the till, stock the various supply points and deal with the various customer complaints that became self-perpetuating! We will not be going there again.

Visited this week as i was getting some shopping and decided to have lunch with my granddaughter. Asked for baked potato firstly, no baked potatoes, then asked for spicy chicken burger not available either. Finally ordered fishfinger roll with chips and a kids chicken nuggets. Food that came was good but why have a full menu out when so many item’s aren’t available. Lot’s of tables with empty plates and rubbish on them but there only appeared to be 2 members of staff on duty. It honestly seems as if nobody cares about the standards in this cafe anymore. Food not available (it’s a supermarket), staff thin on the ground and dirty crockery on tables. And there is always one of the drinks machin...

Have been here several times for breakfast and lunches and it’s not a good experience, have ceased to go anymore. Last time was in November whereby it took an age to have brought to the table. I just get the impression it’s cooked/ heated up by people that don’t know their food. Scolding hot pies, Sticky mash, watery peas, hot/cold stew, not sure how that happens! and a chocolate machine that appeared to never work, certainly when Ive been there. Breakfasts, well, I could take them or leave them. Cheap sliced bread with a slice of fried bread too and some hash browns to help bulk out it’s size isn’t nice to eat, combined with hard fried eggs and watery soft bacon.
