One girl serving meals . Taking orders . Meanwhile people ordering on screen in store Filthy tea pots Trays soaken Milk in one flask Not cheap Long queue s People getting frustrated with wait And wrong orders ? Amongst long queue waiting is a very scruffy security guard away from his post ?

I had a wonderful breakfast here today, served by the most delightful waitress. Her name is Charlotte and she only stopped working long enough to tell me her name. The food was perfect, even though the cafe was busy. I would strongly recommend a pay rise or bonus for Charlotte and I am no relation. Excellent.

The food at this restaurant was awful! We ordered three breakfasts and the beans were dry, the bacon seemed undercooked, and everything tasted strange. When we asked for vinegar, the staff was rude and told us to look on our table, which was not even clean when we sat down. Overall, we waited 40 minutes for a terrible breakfast and received terrible service. It was clear that the staff had a lazy attitude towards both the food and the customers.

This cafe was once great and always busy, but today it looked run-down. I even asked if it was being refurbished and the girl said she wasn't sure. I was told that the reason for the decline in quality was because their coffee machine hasn't been working for a while. The floors were dirty, the steps leading up to the cafe looked like they had been quickly mopped, and the corners were filled with grime. The mugs were stained. I will not be returning.

I visited Ad Hok after a shopping trip in Darlington. My family and I ordered a large pizza. There were many toppings available at the pizza bar, but the one we wanted had jalapeños, which we didn't like. The lady at the counter (I wish I knew her name) heard our problem and made us a fresh pizza without jalapeños. The service was fantastic, especially since we didn't know this was an option. The lady deserves a reward. I have attached a photo of the receipt in case the management wants to find her and reward her. By the way, the pizza was delicious and only cost five pounds.

Visited today cost £16 for a breakfast and fish finger sandwich, the coke machine was broke so that had to be refunded at the till after paying on the computer thing at the start, went to sit down the tables that weren't left full of plates that hadn't been cleared away were filthy food waste all over tables and floor cutlery had to be brought by watress because the trays were empty these were also filthy cleaned them myself with a napkin. The only good thing about the food was the sausages, black pudding was hard and cold, egg overcooked like rubber, fryed bread disintegrated when i put my fork in it, hash browns stone cold, beans and mushrooms were ok fish fingers were luke warm as were th...

We regularly visit the cafe before our food shop never had a problem, but over the last few times we have came the hygiene has been absolutely disgusting, tables left with pots pilled high, counter tops were pastry’s cakes are sold are dirty with no utensils to use, teapots with no teabags dirty ring stained mugs, coffee machines with doors open not working or over flowing with coffee,the area were there should be condiments there was literally nothing!! People were coming up asking staff but they were too busy out the back to sort out front they were grabbing random sugar sachets from side till then there’s the cutlery now that was something else dried old food stuck to them placed in the c...
