This is a very busy and very noisy restaurant. The tables are a bit close to each other. They didn't have enough staff so sometimes drinks/food came quickly, other times it was much slower. The food itself was very good

I was invited to dinner at the Japanese restaurant nagomi. this lively restaurant offers a great selection of excellent Japanese cuisine. According to my Japanese hosts, this is the best place in the city to enjoy the Japanese cuisine. we had a wonderful selection of sashimi, sushi, assist and sake. the dishes were beautifully presented.

we were with 2 business colleagues, one of whom had recommended this restaurant. the facility is very simple, almost in a cafe style, but do not let it be quenched. the kitchen is open to the sitting area of the main restaurant, so there are some cookery but these were minimal, not as bad as described by another critic. eating is very good, and this restaurant is praised as one of the most authentic japaners in düsseldorf. we had a selection of maki, sushi, nudelsuppe, fried tofu and souligel. all well and the service of the ladies was friendly and efficient. I recommend a visit:)

Wir waren ohne Reservierung an einem Samstagabend hier und hatten Glück: Draußen gab es noch einen kleinen Tisch. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns für den Nagomi Nigiri Teller entschieden, Edamame vorweg und frischgezapftes Kirin vom Fass, das ich sehr empfehlen kann. Draußen ist das Ambiente etwas sparsam, aber wir waren gut unterhalten beim Beobachten der Passant*innen. Obwohl das Lokal sehr voll war, kam das Sushi nach relativ kurzer Zeit. Es war dezent und ansprechend garniert und schon optisch ein Genuss. Nach dem ersten Bissen wollte ich spontan ein Gebet sprechen. So lecker! So einen schlechten Service habe ich noch nie erlebt! Es fing damit an, dass wir direkt unter dem Klimaanlage platziert wurden. Als ich den Kellner freundlich fragte, ob wir uns an einen der anderen leeren Tische setzen könnten, weil uns zu kalt war, wurden wir nur unfreundlich abgewiesen, alles sei schon reserviert. Die anderen Tische blieben leer. Das war erst der Anfang. Wir warteten 1,5 Stunden auf unser Essen. Die Vorspeisen kamen einzeln und die Portionen waren winzig. Der Geschmack war ok. Ich wollte um Servietten bitten, die uns nicht einmal auf den Tisch gelegt wurden und wurde wieder von dem unmöglichen Kellner abgewiesen. Unglaublich!!!
