My husband and I, went on thursday evening to take food for us and our kids and even if there were other customers, ordering at the counter, they said they were closed and wouldnt accept our order.. Discrase, i wont ever go again

Every single time I order from here the chips are soggy and soft. Why won’t they just cook them for longer so they are at least a little crisp? They are so so soggy and undercooked. How can a place that is known for chicken...and chips get the chips so wrong?!?! Never again.

Hi so it was my sons birthday and we waited an hour for a table and finally when we got the table. We were asked to order from the app which we did. The first order for drinks and wings came but the second order...never arrived after waiting for about 25 mins we asked and they said there are no more orders when we showed them the order on our app they said oh it didn’t come through to us.
