Nando's - Piatti

Absolutely brilliant service, and my daughter has a dairy intolerant and everything was dealt with very well. A big thank you to all the staff made our evening meal lovely.

We had a great dinner, everyone enjoyed their food... Mac and cheese, chips, chicken wings and chicken pita. The people were very nice and we will definitely come back when in the area.

I am huge Nando’s person and been to many Nando’s in different parts of UK. As usual food was nice but the waiting time here was ridiculous. Even brownie took around 15 mins to arrive. They need to defo improve on waiting times

I Couldn’t even order my food as I had no signal on my phone and wasn’t willing to use unsecured WiFi . Was told oh well you better leave then if you’re not going to pay by cash. Worst manners ever from who I think was the manager.

Lovely food as always, however there is an issue with the door that brings in a very cold draft and that makes your food cold not enjoyable at all needs to be fixed , took a long time to get our food over 40 mins and made up excuses as to why . Visualizza piatti

Used to visit Cheltenham as this one had long waits and miserable staff. Noticed a new guy seems to be some sort of manager. He’s class really polite and friendly. Food come fast and I usually am so fussy as I like my chicken really spicy and well cooked. I explained and they smashed it, really tasty. Shoutout to the new lad

Nando’s seems to have an issue across the board at its venues lately where the service is just so slow. There were 3 people working the floor of a very busy Sunday Christmas shopping shift, just not enough staff so the service takes a long time. There were loads of tables uncleared cos they had one guy trying to clear. Not great if you don’t have all day.

This was my first visit to a Nandos. I had high expectations about this visit. Unfortunately I wasn’t over impressed. Didn’t like the ordering system. I had to order and pay through my phone before I eat?! What if the food wasn’t good?! The breast chicken was dry and was difficult to cut, small portion of rice, chips saved the day… The ordering system doesn’t create a relation between the customer and the waiter. At the end of the meal I just walk out of the restaurant, it is paid there is no worries from the waiter… The music was loud so the customers were also loud, it wasn’t a really pleasant and comfy environment.
