Having visited several time ,could say the place is fab with its amazing vibe but the prices are outrageous and no discounts.

We had a great dinner, everyone enjoyed their food... Mac and cheese, chips, chicken wings and chicken pita. The people were very nice and we will definitely come back when in the area.

Went for a sunday lunch. The weather the food the service were all amazing. My little one enjoyed the kids meal. I love the half chicken and 2 sides option. And bottomless coke. Just a perfect cheat meal.

We had the Peri Peri chicken and lots of sides with the family. Food is well cooked especially the chicken and chips. Staffs are very friendly, waiting time for table wasn't a lot. Will visit Nandos even if at a different location

Great food and really friendly staff. We did have to wait quite a long time for the food which made this 4 star rather than 5. Also, they don’t take table bookings which is a shame when you come with a large group and can’t sit together. Lots of car parks nearby.

This was my first visit to a Nandos. Sorry I was not over impressed. I had to order and pay through my phone. That is ok, but what if the food is no good or you have to complain? You have already paid. The food was average at best. In my opinion, it was overpriced skinless KFC.

Nando’s seems to have an issue across the board at its venues lately where the service is just so slow. There were 3 people working the floor of a very busy Sunday Christmas shopping shift, just not enough staff so the service takes a long time. There were loads of tables uncleared cos they had one guy trying to clear. Not great if you don’t have all day.

I used to like Gloucester Nando’s so much l was a regular customer but lately they have turned the lovely restaurant into a filthy dirty place the glasses the cutlery are filthy dirty the floor is always so filthy dirty l cnt imagine where they cook the food. It was never that bad it used to be well kept managed. I had to wash my own cutlery in a glass lol they were going to have me wait and talk to a few people just about cutlery while my food gets cold. If you check out the tins that they put the cutlery in OMG I recommend the food health security team to check it out l fear for our health in Gloucester. Someone has to do something please.
