Absouluty outstanding food and staff are pleasant and couldn’t be more helpful best Nando’s I’ve ever eaten in a long time

Peter exceeded all expectations - what a kind man! The food was fantastic and came out promptly. We were seated right away upon walking in. We will definitely be coming back.

Extremely helpful! The waitress brought the manager for us since we needed an allergy menu. They showed us the allergy chart and ensured that all our food was prepared separately. The waiter even washed his hands before serving our meal. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Short wait for a table where the front of house took my name and number and messaged when the table was ready. Blue light codes quickly obtained. Drinks came extremely fast. Food wait was perfect, not rushed but not taking forever. Food was hot and lovely. Waiters were friendly so tipped accordingly

Terrible. Ok so Nandos uses an App now to order your food while your sat at a table in Nandos. My screens knackered on my phone so I wanted to order through a person and.. I couldn't. Terrible staff, rude and lacking some people skills. Maybe Nandos wants to go all digital but me and the family left and went elsewhere so they are loosing custom now.

I love a Nando’s who doesn’t but this Nando’s just isn’t as good as others. The food as good but a bit cold and not fresh. The bathrooms were in need of cleaning and the tables were sticky. The staff were lovely but I think there needs to be far more organisation in the Nando’s to help everything flow better However, that being said the food was good and i will most likely be back but if we are being brutally honest those are my issues with this Nando’s.

Service shocking Ordered our food , starters came before the drinks. Staff didn’t even realise we didn’t have drinks. Then the mains came, we had no knives, we told three people in which they said they would get us some. All three of the staff kept waking past our table like we hadn’t even asked them, I had to get up out my seat to ask again in which my reply was ‘they are going through the wash now’. My chicken is now cold. Knives arrived 15 mins after our mains were put on the table, no apology, nothing. Worse Nando’s I’ve eaten at

The manager was friendly when taking my order, but was unsure about which dishes were gluten-free or could be modified. When my food was brought out, an "allergy" flag had been placed in my chicken and the sides from another party's order were mistakenly placed on my plate. This included garlic bread on top of my chicken. After bringing this to their attention, they apologized and offered a complimentary dessert as a further apology. However, the dessert they brought out contained gluten, which was the original issue. When I mentioned this, they took the dessert away and never returned. Overall, not a place I would recommend.

The food was average for a nandos, however when ordering for the five people for my friends the server asked me, is that everything? I replied yes and that there should be five things, she counted aloud and said five, yep i’ve got five. She did not in fact have five, my friend was left waiting for her food which we had to reorder as when all of our meals arrived hers did not. Our meals were also for the majority incorrect, all of the plain chips ordered arrived with the spiced salt and the salad did not have the chicken that was ordered with it.
