Food took an hour to come, most of my friends had their food within 10/15 minutes and yet I was waiting for an hour. No sign of any remorse or apologies from employees as they just chucked some food together and put it on a plate presentation was clearly not thought of. The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5. The grilled chicken was particularly delicious, and the chips, especially the peri-salted ones, were fantastic as well. Me, my mum and my baby came for lunch today. It's been years since I've come to Nandos but we fancied a cheeky Nandos. Mark opened the door to us welcoming into the restaurant before we were even in the entrance way. What amazing attention to service he has, we were blown away. He has awesome customer service and a unique touch, he clearly really cares about his customers. An exemplary employee. James was also great, he knew our table number and my dietary requirements before I'd even ordered with him at the main till.
