The food is quickly brought to the table (ordered and paid at the vase; the portions are lush, even something too lush to me: I've never been able to eat my portions. So, what is served? On the Germanic taste decorated Vietnamese food with pleasantly little fat sauces, pleasantly seasoned and not too salty. The rice smells. Prices are convenient: For the vegetarian curry courts I paid 5,50 euros each. For two large filled vegetarian rice paper rolls 2,80 euros. There's food for dinner and take away. I took the rice rolls and was as happy with them as with my currys. What did I like? The green tea came in the snowy tea bag and the toilet can only be reached via a very steep staircase. For me this is not a problem but for older people this can be a clear exclusion criterion for this otherwise highly recommended fast restaurant. I was there four or five times, I'm sure I'll be back. I don't drink hot tea anymore. : Four stars minus."

Top Essen: frisch, lecker und preislich super günstig. Dazu noch nettes Personal. Besser geht es nicht mehr. Wir sind mindestens alle zwei Wochen dort zum Essen. Leider wissen das jetzt schon viele Leute... ;) ...daher muss man Glück haben, mittags einen Tisch zu bekommen.

Auswahl von Suppen oder Reisgerichten, Reisnudeln oder Tofu. Alles frische Zutaten, auch die Champignons nicht aus der Dose. Dazu frische asiatische Kräuter.Das Ambiente ist eher mit einem Imbiss zu vergleichen und wenn man an der Tür sitzt kommt es im Winter sofort kalt herein.

wir sind auf der Suche nach leichtem Essen abends hier gelandet und waren absolut begeistert! sehr leckeres Essen, das Personal sehr freundlich.dass mein Essen 10 min nach dem Essen meines Freundes erst kam, war nicht schön, aber die Frische u Qualität hat das ausgeglichen. wir kommen wieder!!!

Comida rápida en el centro. Una decena de platos vietnamitas de interpretación alemana con pasta (tallarines, fideos), arroz, carne (cerdo, pollo, pato), tofu, verduras... Nada excepcional, pero estábamos cansados y cenamos a gusto. Sin pretensiones. Precios bajos. Personal muy amable. Horario de apertura amplio.

Direkt am Kohlmarkt in Braunschweig gelegen ist das Nem Quan ein heißer Tip für alle die Lust auf schnell und frisch zubereitete vietnamesische Küche haben. Bei Preisen zwischen 5,50€ und 6,90€ ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut. Selbst wenn es zu Stoßzeiten sehr voll ist liegt die Wartezeit unter 5 Minuten.
