"Das Essen ist top aber die Lieferzeiten werden überhaupt nicht eingehalten. Über Lieferando bestellt, Lieferung laut App um 18.45 Uhr. Als das Essen um 20.00 Uhr immer noch nicht da war, angerufen und nachgefragt bis wann das Essen kommt, heißt es plötzlich das unsere Bestellung als nächstes dran ist. Das ist schon sehr unverschämt wenn man 2,5 Std auf die Lieferung warten muss und noch nicht Mal eine Benachrichtigung bekommt, daß es Verzögerungen gibt. Leider ist es nicht das erste Mal. Wir werden hier zukünftig nicht mehr bestellen."

"Ce que je préfère dans ce restaurant c'est le cadre : on s'y sent bien. La décoration est raffinée et impeccable. Tout est soigné. les luminaires et les décorations murales, notamment la rangée de poissons qui sort du mur, sont superbes. Tout s'accorde très bien pour une ambiance déco et cosy.La cuisine est aussi très bonne : le capuccino de cèpes ou de truffes est toujours très bon, tout comme le jambon italien coupé à la machine sur place. En plat, je reste une inconditionnelle du carré d'agneau et surtout de son gratin de pommes de terre.pour les vins : c'est l'occasion de gouter les vins allemands : essayer le vin blanc de Alexander Laible !Enfin, le personnel est très agréable. Autres choses à savoir : - vous pouvez y aller pendant la saison des asperges;- aux beaux jours, ils ont une terrasse aussi agréable que le restaurant intérieur !- enfin, les chambres de l'hôtel sont aussi agréables que le restaurant, donc à conseiller également."

"Wir waren mit mehreren Personen und einem Kinderwagen zum Abendessen im Restaurant-Hotel Hirsch. Die Reservierung war telefonisch kein Problem, die Ecke in der wir höflich platziert wurden war sehr gemütlich. Der Kellner war außerordentlich zuvorkommend und professionell. Er hat uns die Jacken abgenommen, den älteren Herrschaften der Runde beim Verstauen vom Rollator geholfen, einen Kinderstuhl organisiert, den Tisch erstklassig eingedeckt, er wusste die Größe der Portionen einzuschätzen, die Zutaten auswendig und die Bestellung wurde selbstredend zu 100% perfekt erfüllt. Bestellt haben wir unterschiedlichste Gerichte vom Schnitzel mit zum Lachs. Sowohl als Vorspeise als auch als Nachspeise sei „Tiegelchen und Kesselchen“ empfohlen. Gereicht werden etwa ein duzend sehr unterschiedliche Köstlichkeiten. So ist für jeden was dabei. Die Hauptspeisen fallen eher klein aus. Bei Gästen mit richtig viel Hunger reicht das evtl. nicht aus um ganz satt zu werden. Die Preise sind für den gehobenen Standart des Restaurants eher moderat. Die Dekoration des Restaurants besteht aus viel Holz sowie unzähligen Katzenstatuen und Katzenbildern. Außerdem wohnt im Restaurant ein echter über 70 Jahre alter Papagei. Dieser sitzt aber friedlich in einer Ecke und zwitschert vor sich hin. Die Toiletten befinden sich einige Treppenstufen entfernt und sind schlecht ausgeschildert. Auch die Türkennzeichnung für welches Geschlecht welche Toilette gedacht ist, ist etwas kryptisch. Die Anlagen waren alle sauber aber brauchen dringend mal eine Überholung."

"after the great culinary experience in summer 2016 (our then rating: full 5 points) we were again to be in the idyllic garden of the pflug in juli 2017. unfortunately with a completely different experience: we got three different cards on the table, which not only seemed unsorched in different formats, but also partly repeated. also the service was significantly worse. so there could not be a future about the meat variety at two dressed and there were longer waiting times for the drinks. Moreover, the telephone reservation in the garden was also unclear and had to be discussed. apropos drinks: in none of the cards were shown normal soft drinks, beer and wine varieties. only special summer cocktails. the foods were good, but in the price-performance ratio (I had a ham-spargel toast with hollandaise, but without cheese) definitiw too expensive. we can only hope that it has been more or less just a "bad day" and that the plow is back to its old quality. if not, that would be really a pity. this time only 3 points from us."
