The 2 dishes are validated served with green salad and grated carrots Then, choice between part of Butcher with shallot sauce or lamb shank. Also validated. Mention to the butcher's piece which was as melt-in-your-mouth as possible The 2 dishes were accompanied by butternut puree, zucchini flan and gratin dauphinois! Delicious ! The menu included cheese or fromage blanc. We opted for dry cheese: 5 top selections! And finally the desserts, 5 to choose from if I remember correctly and we had a gingerbread pear crumble and a chartreuse crème brulée! An explosion of flavors whether one or the other A very good time spent at this address. Possibility of eating Bresse chicken and frogs. We will come back !
